Hi - I haven't used the on-line store, but this is the web offering from our local Baby Shop in Reigate, and I can vouch that the people who run it are the most helpful, pleasant folk you could imagine. We bought all our baby/kids equipment there over the last 5 years - they have been fab at ordering things in for us specially, checking fitting of car seats, giving good honest advice about things etc etc.
I would say their online service should be just as good.
