yes ELC (we got one 8 years ago). If they still do them it's red, with a blue mouth and ear piece, yellow dial was baout £6.00 and dd and ds play with it still a little

Fishe Price and Vtech both do a good one- dd has them both (think about £10 each)

Is it the VTech Tiny Touch ? They seem to do a few.

OP posts:

DS (1 yesterday) has two phones, a V Tech one (the one that Soppy has done a link to) and one from ELC - here . I think the ELC one is his favoured one - he loves "talking" into the receiver part (which comes off) and pulling it along. Its tunes are less annoying than the V Tech one!

He also loves our phone, my mobile and anything that looks vaguely like a phone
