Anyone got a Verso? What stage 2 car seat (booster style) do you have?

We have a Maxi Cosi Rodi XP for dd1 and we are now researching a booster style seat for dd2. The Britax Evolva 23 does quite well on the Which? review and is cheaper, but the Britax site says no tests have been done and only recomends the Evolva Isofix seat which is +++££. Does anyone have the Evolva 2-3 and does it fit safely in your opinion? Or what other seats fit well? I am happy with the Rodi XP but there were seats that did better in the safety tests.......
Thanks.

Can't help - have a verso and dd has the maxi cosi rodi XR and ds will soon move into her old maxi cosi rodi XP (is currently in the priori XP).

Thank you for bumping though.

Kind of bumping, but also commiserating as have seen your thread about your dd starting school. Mine has too.

Thanks Pooka! Have replied on that thread. It could have been me typing what you wrote.
Also bump for any Verso drivers....or will I just be getting the Rodi XR, the devil I know???

can't help either, sorry - had a Rodi but they're all on ordinary boosters now. Oh, we also had the Jane Isofix seats - but I wouldn't recommend them, the styrofoam sides snapped within days.

Thank you anayway. I think I will just go for the XP. I went to Halfords and Mothercare to check the fit and neither had the Britax in stock, just lots of crappy Gracos .

Best thing to go is get it fit checked at mothercare/halfords etc.

If you have to go out and buy a seat anyway you may as well get the cheaper one checked anyway.

Many of the highback boosters are compatible with most cars. They are much more compatible in general than the infant seats and reclining 2nd stage dooffas.

Yes, I agree. I tried to do that but they didn't have the Britax in stock (see below). Frustrating. I agree that this stage is much more compatible with most cars than the others. I am not in a huge rush thankfully as dd is about 16kg and so has another 2kg grace in her current seat. I will try the stores another time, but calling first this time.
