Crawling Query

Any suggestions to protect my dd's knees now she's crawling? Although we have carpets throughout the house our hallway and kitchen are wooden floors and at the end of each day her knees are red raw.

I put dd in trousers and she's fine on our wooden floors upstairs and down

you can get knee pads from blooming marvellous.
