Facebook refund?

Wasn’t sure where to post this but after advice:

I sold a food processor on Facebook marketplace a few days ago, it was in very good condition. The buyer has just contacted me to say it’s not working properly & they want to bring it back to me for a refund. Do I have to give it? It was working absolutely fine & I have sold loads of things this way & never had an issue before. I don’t want to get embroiled in a big dispute with him but at the same time don’t feel a refund is justifyed.

Thoughts? Should I just refund him or dispute it?

It sounds like a scam. They have a broken item, they buy one in good condition from you. They then say the one you sent isn't working and want to return it for a refund. They get both the new item and the refund.
