VTech V.Smile - which power pack is it?
Hulababy · 22/11/2004 08:54
I have got DD the VTech V.Smile for Cristmas and before wrapping it I wrote down what type of power pack I needed to buy for it - so we didn't need to worry about batteries.
Now I can't find the piece of paper! Typical, eh?
Does anyone know? Or have an unwrapped box close at hand. I know you can get the actual VTech V.Smile one, but that you can also just use any - but which type is?
Thanks.

It's a con isn't it? Toys R Us sell one specially for the V smile. As far as I understood from dh it's in the same colours as the console!!!

Thanks! I shall go and have a look in town later to see if I can get one.
Not getting the "proper" VTech adapter as it is so much dearer than a normal one.

Hi all. I went to get one of these last week (yes, I had forgotten!) and apparantly I need to know the ampage as well. Else it can cause problems and may damage the machine.
Can anyone enlighten me further?
OR, how long will one set of batteries last? We out some in DD's to test it but have no others spare right now. Maybe I should just get spares until after Christmas. In that case - what batteries does it use and how many?
Thanks.
