Help with Wowcher please

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and has advise on how to claim my money back.

In January I purchased 2x Wowcher deals for Gainz Health Kitchen meal preps at £56.00 per Wowcher. I had tried to redeem both of these but there was an issue on the providers website which wouldn't let me redeem the vouchers. I had tried many ways to contact the company however they never got back to me and the voucher expired.

I contacted Wowcher regarding this on 5th March 2022 and at first they told me there was nothing that they could do and the Wowcher had expired therefore I had lost my money. Once I had sent over the screenshots of emails/social media messages/attempts to call the provider they issued a refund in a form of "Wowcher credit".

I have today logged into Wowcher to see if there were any deals to use the credit towards and have discovered that the "Wowcher credit" has expired and therefore I have lost £112 through no fault of my own.

Upon checking, there is also £42.98 of wowcher credit which has expired in January 2022.

Total being £154.98 of my hard earned money wasted through absolutely no fault of my own. Angry

What was the £42.98 for in January? If you were on Wowcher in January to buy the meal preps was that not on there then? I’m assuming you have asked for a refund for something for that to be issued?

What date did wowcher credit you for the meal preps and how long did the credit T&C’s say you had to spend them? If they have expired before the Ts&Cs say you have to spend them then get back on to Wowcher. If Ts&Cs say limited time to spend them then, whilst it may be crappy customer service, it’s not exactly no fault of your own if you haven’t checked the expiration date.

No. It had already expired without me realising.

The date they credited me was 5th March 2022. Wowcher do not let you talk over the phone so all was done via Whatsapp and the advisers message was;
"I can confirm your credit refund has now been applied to your account which is available to use instantly and will be valid for the next three months." ... It hasn't even been 1 month and it has "expired".

screenshot the WhatsApp and contact them to extend/reissue so you can use the credit as stated by one of their advisors.
