For a baby and a toddler. Toddler will be 24 mths when baby is born.

We walk to toddler groups locally.
We walk to friends' houses and to the playground.
We go to the shops occasionally.
We walk the dog in the park a lot - though toddler doesn't usually use a buggy for going to the park.
I have a big car boot.
I have a small budget (will get whatever I get second hand).

I currently have a Quinny Buzz and a Dreami Carrycot.

get a sling
when baby gets too heavy to sling make the toddler walk

A jane powertwin. i had one and it was really reliable. The only problem was that you have to get three wheelers pretty much square on when going up the curb or the pushchair tends to tip. Whatever you do, don't get a cossato duet lite.

whatever you do don't waste money on a p&t's etc the graco duosport is a great budget buy- especially if toddler is two- you won't be using it for that long- or try a buggyboard and a pair of reins to attach the chils securely (and stop them running off!)

Phil & Teds or double nipper

JingleyJen · 07/01/2008 14:22

borrow a double for a while if you can then get a buggy board

Thank you. I will follow your instructions and get a sling, a powertwin, a graco duosport, and a buggyboard. That should cover me.

I'm just grateful I don't have to
think about it any more.
