Hi. A friend of mine wants to start her 3 month old in one of those hanging baby bouncer things that you clip on to a door frame. It's second hand and has no instructions so wondering how high to put it off the ground. While hanging motionless should it be toes touching ground, feet touching ground or not touching ground at all?? Cheers.
