i just cant get it to work for my lo - facing forward he gets the buckle jammed in his spine!!
anyone else have this model and have the same problem of arching back on lo and buckle pressing on spine of baby??
any tips??
maybe should have gone for bjorn model..but didnt like the buckles on that one
