Disposable nappies for small newborns

having given birth to a whale the first time round, I am now the proud mother of a tiddler.

But whereas I could wrap DS1 up in a terry nappy and still see something of his arms, legs & head, DS2 disappears. I need a decent disposable nappy in a small size, which doesn't just sit around his scrawny bod and allow all the pee & poo to slide up inside his clothes. I have been using NATURE nappies this week and they have been useless.

Advice/recommendations required please

Pampers Micro worked well on my little tiddler. Was looking at one the other day and can't believe she was once that small!

Thanks for the tip. Have decided to use muslin squares and little terry nappies for the time being, but will look into the Pampers micro when I can get into town.
