Has anyone experienced the loud rumbling noise of this machine?! It wakes my older daughter when I use it at night and then I end up with an unsettled toddler ! No reviews anywhere mention this loud noise , which to me sounds like an aeroplane in the dead of the night. Is this normal??? Xxx

It's quite loud when you put the cleaning mode on

What about when it's making the bottle, Do you think it's loud? X

Yes and the beep is very loud (I think there's a day and night version that might not beep). But my baby was usually crying at that stage so I didn't care.

It has a small boiler and a pump, much the same as a domestic espresso machine. Of course it's noisy.

We kept ours in the kitchen to avoid waking people.

Ok thanks. I've been covering it with a blanket when I use it in the bedroom 😂 but might decide to keep it in the kitchen like you've said x

Yeah put it in the kitchen. Tbh the sound of the crying baby while you make the formula might wake everyone else up.

For night feeds, if I was awake before DD at the feed time I would come downstairs and make the bottle up before waking her up, changing her, and feeding.

If she woke up first, I learned how to make the bottle up one handed while holding her in the other. That way, if she started to squawk she was less likely to wake DW up.
