Anyone know what's wrong with my fridge/freezer?

I bought a large american side-by-side fridge/freezer from MFI last year, (it's an Admiral) with the water/ice dispenser. A few days ago it stopped dispensing water, although the ice works, and the fridge has been freezing my veg (frozen lettuce, anyone?) - i have had this before, the air is transfered from the freezer into the veg drawers, but I have turned the cooler right down, in fact I turned the lot off yesterday, to warm things up a bit. Now th milk bottles are freezing in the door, and the waterpipe is still not working. I think it may be blocked. There is nothing in the manual about loss of water.
HELP.

Hi Santababy - i did think the water might have frozen up - everything else has! But I stuck a long thin wire down the pipe and it seemed to go through ok (I could see it at the bottom by the door) and the wire was wet when it came out, so I now think the pump might have gone. It makes a whirring noise but it always did.
The door seals should be ok, it's less than a year old. Ecen now with the fridge and freezer set on 1 (the lowest it can go before turning off) the food is still frozen in the fridge.
