Winnie the Pooh Dummies-are they in the UK?

I got a packet of two dummies from my sister in the US that are Winnie the Pooh brand when my son was born. . .they are rounder and more 'bulby' than anything I can find here and, of course, they are the only ones that James will take!! I have tried many brands here but he only likes the bulby ones, which are wearing out. But I can't seem to find them here. Do I need to get them sent over from the US, or am I just not looking in the right places? Any ideas? Thank you!

Chelle

Do you mean the Cherryteats?
like this?

Beauregard · 05/01/2008 23:50

If so the answer is yes you can buy them here.

You def get winnie the pooh dummies over here - just depends on what ones it is - do you have a pic?

ChelleKelley · 05/01/2008 23:58

They sort of look like that, it is kind of hard to tell from that picture, though the bit that goes up against the face is a bit more curved. But where do I get them? I wouldn't mind giving them a try.

Thanks!!

I don't have a digital camera, so I can't take a picture of the bulby bit, but there are lots of them on the US ebay and this is one of the links:

These are the exact ones James uses.

The pooh dummies I have found have flat nipples instead of the bulby ones, which is the part he likes.

By the sounds of it then you need the cherry teats.
My dd's have both used cherry teats.

PillockOfTheCommunity · 06/01/2008 00:04

I think it is cherryteats you need, I had this problem with ds1 as most now have the orthadontic teats that are flater.
All you can do is look in different places, Sainsburys/Tesco/Boots etc, they are sold, just not as easy to find as the flat teats.

Morrisons sell the Tommytippee Cherry teats.

Hi
I think you can buy ones like that in poundland.
I have def seen similar ones in that packaging.
Worth a look?

ChelleKelley · 06/01/2008 17:10

Thank you all for answering!! I will take a look. . .probably just didn't know what I was looking for! Matthew was a thumb sucker so I never had to think about them before!

Thank you!
