Pen thingies for the Leap-Pad - the one for toddlers

Are they available? DH seems unable to find them online.
Or does anyone have one with a working pen that they'd like to sell for a few quid?

A few years ago, my DD chewed through the cable on hers. I went through Leapfrog Customer service and they sent me a new one within a couple of days. I think they charged a fiver.
