Still looking for a simple baby record book/journal but no joy, any ideas?

Would prefer one which is not a book/cartoon character but can't find much.
There are quite a few on Amazon but as you can't look through them 9and given their returns policy) am a bit hesitant to order from them. Cant find any nice ones locally.
Can anyone recommend a nice one?
TIA

I got a really nice one from The Book People, its nice and simple, about 12 carboard pages which act as the photo holders, with bits and bobs to write in. Its called Baby's First Year and only cost a few pound stoo.

I'll see if I can get a link for you!

Thanks maxnchaz it does look nice though a tad "cute" maybe?
Have a bit of an unjustified thing against cute baby things!!

My friend got me one which I like and isn't too cute (no bunnies but it does have some rather nauseating poems and quotes but they're all a bit vom-inducing). It's by Ryland Peters & Small

Pannacotta · 05/01/2008 21:11

sazzy is it this one?

Yes it's that one. It's got loads of pockets for you to put things in, places for photos and writing and 'magic dots' for you to stick in photos and hospital tags. And lovely, lovely photos in it. I'm looking at it now and it's making me weepy

It's lovely - by far the nicest I've ever seen. And also it's yellow, rather than colour coded.

pannacotta, we have that one for bothe DSs, really useful and not too vomitty either. you pretty much fill it in yourself. Think we got ours from jojomamanbebe or somewhere like that

Pannacotta · 05/01/2008 21:35
