I have an urban detour double, if any one wants to come round and collect it form my house. It is LARGE in the boot of the car, though.

I had an urban detour single back in 2003, it was great for walking. Very cosy for the baby but with an excelent sized seat for older children, a joy to push and very solid feeling.

The only downside was that it was very heavy and bulky when folded down, so I would say it is ideal for people who do a lot of walking but no good for those who use public transport or a car regularly.

I imagine the double would be the same

I'm in central England - I could CAT you. Urban Detour is great for walking, but is wide in shops, and I had to take the parcel shelf out of my Scenic to get it in the boot.

The nipper was good- easy to move etc. Small- which was handy when we lived in a house with a narrow hall- it still fitted through the front door. Seats a bit small if you have older larger children (3+) in there though.
