Has anyone used this carseat. It looks good cos it swivels. Any reviews??

We have this. Have had it about 5 months now I think - fairly soon after they first launched. The reason I spent such a fortune on it is because I have severe back problems and a traditional car seat meant i couldn't take my DS out alone as I couldn't lift, bend and twist. For this reason alone it has been worth every penny. It's incredibly easy and simple to use but it's a lot more complicated to fit in the first place so you wouldn't want to be moving it from car to car frequently. What's good from my point of view is that 19 month old DS can now climb in to this himself so I don't have to lift him at all, again for my back this is brilliant - he couldn't do this with a traditional seat. Also because of the axiss base it takes up more room front to back so if you back seats have limited leg room you'll need to check it fits. Also good is the adjustment mechanism for the headrest is so simple and can be done without taking the seat out of the car unlike our old one.

Anything else you want to know that I haven't covered?

Hi Weegle, we're going to get ours on Friday.
Hope you're coping OK. My RA is much better controlled now, but the real test will be going back to work next week. On the plus side I have sent back the perching stool to OT and haven't had to get anything adapted yet apart from the loo seat raise, but at least that's removable.
