How the hell do you collapse a loola?

Have just been given a loola minus instructions
No clue how to collapse it?
HELP!

Haven't collapsed mine for yonks but IIRC you have to lock the swivel wheels using the buttons on the side, then press the buttons on the handles, then pull the handle thing at the back.

lock the wheels with the buttons on the side.

press the 2 buttons on the tip of the handles.

pull up on the handle on the frame at the back and push down on the handles. like you are trying to push it into the floor. then fasten with the side clip to lock

ok the buttons on the nadles will not push they are stuck?

you really have to push them in hard. they are really stiff. i suppose to stop accidental pressing!
