Pram experts - advice needed

Hi

Been trying some out this morning baby is due in June . I loved the Quinny Speedi but it's out of my budget.

So my requirements are
good in the snow
with carrycot
2 fixed wheels and 1 or 2 swivel
cheap as possible!!

Any ideas?

Maclaren mx3
mothercare urban detour
or get a second hand speedi?

or a P&T with a cocoon?

Swivel wheel hmm, would a tilting one be Ok?
If so get a Quinny Freestyle 3, maybe. Plus Dreami cot. Quinny supply the adaptors. Very cheap secondhand and great quality.
