Help ! I've bought a Three internet contract & phone, I've changed my mind

This was just 5 hours ago, the phone is still in it's box, I've tried the router but can not get it to work, can I cancel the contract if I've been in the Three shop & signed the contract there?

No, not unless they have a cancellation policy that lets you do that
