It is all my DD1 wants for Xmas and I am strugglign to find one anywhere - shops and online. Can see them on several websites but all sold out when try to buy them. Have looked in usual shops such as Asda, Argos, Toysrus, Entertainer, John Lewis etc. and getting nowhere. I could order from America but would pay through the nose for it. Any ideas gratefully received...

Had a quick look on e-bay:
One here
here too
1983 model here
TBH there are quite a few - in different forms on there, and none are expensive as of yet.

tescos and woolworths have care bears, not sure on tenderheart bear tho. and they are on 3 for 2 on woolies. you'd have to go into the shop as the website wont let u select which one u want and send out random ones.

blimey - thanks for those responses, much appreciated. Have just checked the tesco.com site again and have found the DVD triple so will order that one - still no luck on the tenderheart bear though - don?t seem to stock the toys. Woolies do sell the toys but no tenderheart bear. Typical child wanting the hardest one to track down AAAGH.
Thanks for the link hulababy - was hoping to get a new one for her but might end up having to consider a secondhand one - thanks for taking the time to do the links.
Will check out the Birthdays shop champs - not sure if there is one near us or not but willing to try anything.
Any other suggestions very much appreciated!

Stripymouse - some of the ones of E-bay may be boxed and usused, but you'd have to do a search through them. I just searched for Tenderheart Care Bear.

Tooys R Us have them in stock online apparantly!!!
here . Comes in a pack with Lovealot. They are Beenie size, and can cuddle and join together if you so wish. £9.99
How about this one on ToyWorld:
here . It's an 8 inch teddy, with suckers to stick on windows. Reduced from £6.99 to £3.99. But P&P is £3.95 on top - so brings it back to original price. If you don't want a stick on one - just cut the suckers off!

TK Maxx is good for Care Bear stuff. Our local one had a Tenderheart (bigger version) for £7.99

There's one here - 8" plush bear, £9.99 (there doesn't seem to be a picture though).
