Has anyone else had problems with this?

After deleting half my files and saving all or photos to to disc (good sense anyway - I know, but did'nt want to be forced into it on New Years Day) we finally got the thing insalled with enough memory to work.

But everytime we put some art on screen it goes jagged or sort of drops of the screen copying itself as it goes. everything else is fine, all other screens display properly.

I've tried the website for advise, but it just says on the downloadable factsheet that is any straight lines go jagged (another description of what happens when we draw a line) go the website

Short of phoning them, which I am on the brink of doing, has anyone esle had the problem and overcome it.

Anyone??

I've called Fisher-Price and a man from technical dept is going to call me on Monday morning.

But DD is driving me mad, so if anyone can help before then I'd sure be grateful!
