my sons christmas present keeps sticking like a deranged record! Anyone else had this problem? rang mothercare who don't have any in stock so said just to wait for stock. £40 quid! don't want another if it's a common fault. And if I exchange it in store can I get p+p back?

Ours works fine. If you get a refund then yes push for a refund on p&p as well BUT imo if you exchange at a store p&p doesn't need to be refunded iykwim...if you are after some exgracia payment then ask....!!! IME mothercare are quite good.

I returned a battery powered car of dd's last year. Build yourself and complete shite once made. V poor quality etc. They collected it and gave me a refund of EVERYTHING along with a £5 voucher...(I had to ask for the exra btw!!)
Worth a go. x
