Currently have a pair of closed toe mules in suede from Next c.2001 which are getting holed around the toe . Looking for something similar in style but like the sole of them which is cushioned like a trainer and can be worn outside.

Any recommendations please ?

I've had Lands End slippers before now and liked them. They lasted pretty well, and were tough enough to go outside a bit - I had fleece clogs.

They're not bad - on offer too in some colours. Was after more of a sculpted sole if poss though.

I've just got these Moshulu ones (in the red, green and blue)for Xmas and they are so comfortable-really warm, lightweight and cushioned. Only problem is they'll be too warm to wear all year round I think.

(oh the shame, I've just realised they're called "Denise". I'm the sort of person who wears a fluffy slipper called "Denise" )
