Who can find me the lovliest Noah's Ark at a reasonable price?
Aero · 18/11/2004 13:44
Had ordered one from a wooden toys catalogue and it was truly beautiful and cost £18, but have just had a call to say they've been withdrawn from sale and am rather disappointed. Anything similar I've seen costs around £45! Ideas/links/recommendations anyone please? It's for ds2 (10 mths) for Christmas.
Thanks in advance.

M&S do one for £25 - can't see it on the site... ELC do one for about £15 (can't say I like it much...)
bonkerz · 18/11/2004 13:46
does it have to be wooden? Have just got a noddy noahs ark from ETHEL AUSTIN highstreet stor and cost £15 but i get 20 discount cos dh is manager!
MummyToSteven · 18/11/2004 13:49
if you've got a TK max nearby they might do a nice one quite cheap
Aero · 18/11/2004 13:52
Thanks Blackduck - can't say I like the ELC one much either, though will look in M&S - never thought of there.
Bonkerz - Thanks too. I think I'd really prefer a wooden one, but I will definitely look in EA's as well.

Can you do a link zubb? Didn't notice it in friend's Letterbox catalogue.
Cadbury · 18/11/2004 13:56
Oh that's a shame. It was a lovely one too. I still haven't got my hobby horse from her. It was meant to be for dd's birthday but it didn't turn up. Think I'll need tio bve looking for an alternative one too.
Aero · 18/11/2004 13:57
Thanks zubb - that is lovely and pretty much just what I'm looking for. Cheers. Will get onto it now.

Hello Cadbury . Have seen hobby horses recently for £12, but can't for the life of me think where. Will think harder and let you know when it comes back to me.

enid - after a bad experience with the playmobil castle which just kept falling apart, I'm reluctant to buy any more, but I have seen it and it does look gorgeous. Almost tempted.
Bonkerz - will also look in my yellow moon catalogue - ds's school could benefit from that too.
hoxtonchick · 18/11/2004 14:03
we've got this this one which is gorgeous. didn't pay that much for it though!
Aero · 18/11/2004 14:03
That's sweet wk - probably a bit small though. Defo liking the letterbox one best so far. Thanks for all your replies.
Aero · 18/11/2004 14:28
