I always thought that if you order online and get it delivered to a store its free delivery. Boots charge for this. Its the first store I've seen that charge a fee for in store collection. They're a massive company, why would they do this. I wanted to order for collection as its a relatively cheap item and doesn't make sense to pay 50% of its price for home delivery. I know it sounds over the top but I feel let down.
No question just thought I would share my disappointment.
