We have the ugly bear one from VTech. Mothercare do it for £20. I can't promise your bonus criteria for it though...

Chicco Ninna Mamma is lovely. I have had a few, this one responds to baby making a noise, it is just a friendly thing iyswim. Music is pleasant and it looks pretty - i think it was about £15 reduced at Boots.com, was £20. Find you a link if I can, hold on...
