Where can I get a decent duck feather duvet?

I have one (k/s) but the quilting wasn't great so it has gone a bit uneven. It wasn't expensive so I don't mind replacing it. Any recommendations please???

You want down really, or a mixture, not just feathers.

£100 for this one which is washable.

(After you wash one, put it in the dryer with some tennis balls or better still a very clean trainer - it bashes the filling about so it ends up even again)

I bought mine from Dunelm about a year ago, and it is still just as I bought it. Reasonably priced too, about £40 I think.

Some of the prices can be scary can't they. I think I will try to not spend more than £100

Dh bought a gorgeous goose down one from JL the year we met. it feels so light and yet is amazingly warm. (sadly over £100 though!)

just to second TKMaxx - and try and get a Down one rather than feather even though a bit more expensive but so worth it

A mix of feather and down perhaps? Just got Laura Ashley catalogue in today so I think I will paint our room first then get whole new lot of bedding

Goose down is better/lighter/softer than duck feather

I just bought goosedown from JL for £150, reduced in the sale.

Goosedown sounds great. So will look for a mix of more down.
