Bought dd2 a little battery operated kitten from Hamleys when we went to London for the day at half term. Put batteries in it tonight ready to wrap and it doesn't work. Have tried loads of different batteries but still no good. Will I be able to get money back? Will I have to pay postage to send it back? Obviously won't be able to get a new one in time but will be ROYALLY pissed off if I have to pay to send it back.
