Nappies for nightime

My ds (10m) is starting to wake up with a wet front. He sleeps on his front and wee is leaking out the top of his nappy. I use the Nature nappies and I want to continue using them and instead of trying other brands myself I wondered if anyone can recommend a brand that is good fro nightime use. Maybe with a 'higher' front. I was also thinking of trying a bigger size up but thought I'd ask mn first! Thanks

Try washables...go on... you know you want to

I have tried washables (with my dd) but found them too much hassle! I think I need a nappy with elastic waist. I don't know if it's a boy thing iykwim (weeing upfront )

I don't know if you have tried making sure his penis points down when you put the nappy on

this helped us with similar leaks

Pah, more hassle than leaky disposables? I think not!

I think F&Z's suggestion about his penis pointing downwards in his nappy could do the trick. I can remember always nagging DH to this with DS1 when he changed nappies as they always ended up leaking at the top when he changed him.

always use the biggest nappy for your lo's weight e.g. my ds could fit in size 4, 4+ and 5 according to their weight guides and I use size 5 as the higher the size the higher the absorbancy. I use size 5 pampers baby dry or tesco baby essentials (green pack) with very few leaks. I also make sure ds's penis points down.

I agree with the willy pointing down suggestestion, I use cloth nappies at home and eco friendly disposables from boots when away and had no problems as long as I made sure the position was right when putting on his nappies on.
