Next - can’t pay online, anyone else ?

I go on my account and put the amount in the I want to pay, I press the green button , then the amount disappears.
It happened a couple of weeks ago, and again when I tried today.
In the end I had to ring a person to do it.
Anyone else, or just me ?

Can you set it up on online on your bank account and send the payment from there instead?

I've double checked and Next says this online:

To make a payment using telephone, internet or other remote banking services, please quote the following sort code 60-00-01 and bank account number 48917958 followed by your customer number.
