Is this actually what it is? It's a little reddish plastic thing where there is usually nothing, in the centre of the side of the box where it should open. Had to force box open narrowly missing edge of DVD.
But now I can't even get the DVD out because the red thing is behind the middle of that as well, and I will have to break the DVD to remove it I think.
Ds is desperate for it. customer service didn't even know what it was, but they told me to take it to a store to have it removed. I didn't order online just to have to park in town to get this thing sorted out.
GRRRRR!!!!! Anyone know how to get them off?
