Is it worth the extra to get a Dutailier rocker/glider feeding chair?

I have seen a nice rocker glider for £199 or £299 (something around that price) but see dutailiers everywhere, but they are double/triple the price - are they worth the extra or just a name?
Thanks

No glider chairs are worth the price IMO - we bought a cheap one but I ended up breastfeeding mostly sitting on the bed and the chair has been a bit of a waste of money... (My son was not soothed by the rocking motion - but he loved being in your arms while you bounced up and down on an exercise ball).

I definatly need a glider - last time I sat in a nice comfy chair most the day but because I was feeding so much I ended up getting some nerve damage (or something - I can't remember now!) so need to be rocking this time to help. With a footspa

I have a Cosetto (or something like that!) gliding chair and stool (would recommend you get both). I didn't use it for the first couple of months, but after that it was invaluable.
