I ordered some toys from them on December 9th. Got a confirmation email.

Since then, nothing. Started freaking out a bit today, tried ringing, no answer. Filled in a form, nothing's come back.

I can go sort out the toys myself, in person, probably, but I don't want them from them now.

What are my options?

Grrr ... finally got through to them on the phone. They took my order number, did some typing, clearly had my order, and then ... I got cut off (on their end).

I tried ringing back, but the line is busy.

They deffo have my phone number.

Ok, maybe it's ok, they're ringing Royal Mail and finding out what's happened ... I hope this is a false alarm. The bloke did seem helpful.

if you don't need toys tell them to stuff it. amazon are messing me about which may result in dragging 2yo to west end on friday for last minute panic buying. oh goodie.

If you want toys, there's a lovely toy shop in Victoria Park Village.

We'll see what happens, I guess.
