Asda Dinner set (dishes)......are they good?

as thinking of buying some for Xmas as i bought dishes from Price-drop as they chipped soooo easily so im looking for hard wearing dishes

You beat me to it I saw Asda's smart price dinner set and wondered if it or tescos cheapo range were OK, I don't want anything fancy. I have stoneware ones with lots of chips.

i have China ones and they are crap!

im not sure about Asda's smart price ones...will they chip easily i wonder!!! with it being so cheap

I have 2 whole sets of the dotty ones and have had them for almost 2 years now

only a couple of the bowls are chipped and that is cause i bash them on the taps nearly every time i wash up [bluch]
