UK Outdoor Toys: ANYONE ORDERED FROM THESE ONLINE..?

I ordered an inflatable santa for the garden frm them last week...Received paypal confirmation BUT not confirmation email of the order...

I emailed them a few days ago but no reply....I have tried to contact them BUT the number rings out and then a recordd message says they can't take calls due to high demand... Tells me to email.....The number I call (0845) also rings the majority of the time with an "abroard" ring tone..???

Any feedback.

DON'T USE THEM....

I have today sent them around 30 of the same email just to make sure they give in a respond.
The result...................

They refunded my money...............Then after sent me an email telling me so and simply said "sorry,we have refunded the payment".

. Customer service skills are sh1t....Now I am without this item that dd was excited about. Wasted a week in waiting for it...
