Instructions for Avent microwave steam steriliser

Does anyone use one of these? I have lost the instructions and want to know how much water to put in and how long to microwave for.

If you look on the Avent website, I'm pretty sure they have downloadable instructions.

Is it just the basic? base, blue griddy thing and lid?

If so mine has 200ml of water and put in the microwrave for 4 minutes. Stuff inside stays sterile for up to 3 hours as fas as I recall.

Just checked manual and it's def 200ml - time is 4 mins for a 1000-1100W oven, 5 mins for 800-950W, 7 mins for 500-750W.

They say if it's not Avent equipment it's 5 mins for 850-1100W, 8 mins for 500-800W.

Cooling time 2 mins
