Do I need a dedicated diaper backpack/bag?

I already have tons of backpacks for different occasions: work, hiking, skiing. All of them have millions of pockets/compartments. Is there anything special about diaper backpacks that I would not find in any other backpack? If that makes any difference I will have my baby ~April and I will need the backpack for walks/running errands etc.

Some have insulated bottle pockets or waterproof pockets for wet clothes. If you can live without those features I'd say you will be fine. I have a backpack style nappy bag but I don't own any backpacks normally. It does come with pram clips so I can attach it to my pram which is useful when out shopping.

This is England. We say Nappy not diaper ! We adopt far too many Americanisms ! They took the English language, messed it up and sent it back and being English we accepted it !!!!
