How many do I need in each size?

6? or 10?

I can't decide - and it's Black Friday deals!

I'm having the same problem, I was told 12 sleep suits and bodysuits in newborn but I think this is too many?! Sainsbury's ones are absolutely gorgeous and I want a few of them but don't know if 12 is overboard!!

@flowersforyou @flowersforyou oh yes that does sound a lot! The advice varies, depending on where you read - but a newborn grows out of the first clothes so quickly some say 5 in newborn and 10 for all the larger sizes... Some babies are leakier than others too, so there's no way of really knowing exactly how many you'll need.

So far I've bought 6 long sleeve bodysuits for Tiny Baby and the same number of sleep suits (just in case she's born a bit early or is just tiny!). Then I've got a whole crazy range of bodysuits in the Newborn size because I first bought the envelope over-head style and only after washing them decided I wanted the wrap-front ones, so now I've ordered those as well.

I've lost track... but I'm now ordering the 0-3 months and maybe some larger sizes too since it's sale time!

Everyone has told me to really stock up on sleep suits as that's the only things they'll be wearing for the first few months - then I have the argument with myself on wether to get button down sleep suits or the zip ones!

@flowersforyou oh gosh I'm already frazzled by all the shopping I've done, but I think you're right! I've just looked at what I've bought and I've only got 5 (not 6) sleep suits in each size...

Ok so we need approximately 10 bodysuits and 10 sleep suits then. I'll have to get my credit card out (yet again) 💳

I'll go through everything I've bought and make a list on here later!

@flowersforyou as for buttons or zips, I've just gone for the John Lewis button down ones. The GOTS ones they have are so soft!
