Help!! Trying to return a parcel to Amazon via Roayal Mail and can't understand how to label the package. All I have is a QR code they have emailed to me. What am I supposed to do with it? I've always used Hermes drop off before, but our local hermes shop has closed. Hoping there will be lots of Mumsnetters who have done this many times!
