clothes alst for eyars and years and an added bonus is if you can be arsed to ebay them after you get at least half of your money back, making them very cheap!

i had already brought most of what i wanted in season but got ds2 some drawstring waist cargos and a dress for dd. oh and 2 skirts for me. so was very pelased with myself as only a fraction of what i normally spend.

They last for ages, and people pay stupid money for them on ebay, even in knackered condition. The popular stuff (fleeces, boys combats, girls dresses and coats) usually goes for about 2/3 of the new price, ie. pretty close to the sale price.

I recently sold one of their classic half-zip fleeces that had been through two of my children, and two of someone else's before that. I was v. honest about describing it, and it still went for £11 or so -- and the buyer was thrilled with it. and

I buy a lot for ds and have bought a few things for myself though bought a cardigan a few months back and looks dreadful now. Thankfully didn't pay full price for it.

I think the childrens clothes last for years but the adults stuff doesn't - its weird but true. The childrens clothes wash really well but my tops full apart really quickly. The woollens are dreadful but the womens trousers and skirts are fine.

my dd3 is wearing dd1s boden clothes - 3 girls have worn them and they are still in good nick.

I don't particularly like the adult clothes - and the tops seemed to shrink quite quickly.
