Urban Detour - are they made by Graco?

So there I was, cheerfully slagging off my old graco travel system and singing the praises of the urban detour, when my friend knocked the wind clean out of my sails by telling me that they're made by the same company.
Has to be said that the folding mechanisms are remarkably similar, as are the strap fastenings.
Please tell me this isn't true.

What is the address on the guarantee ? I think many of the other Mothercare buggies and travel cots etc are Graco-made but badged as Mothercare, but have never seen a Graco branded equivalent of an Urban Detour advertised so would suspect not, but you never know.
