Having trouble finding three wheeler spares, what to do with my broken wheel?

Hi everyone, a couple of years ago or so, someone here was talking about a way in which the buggy's inflatable wheels can be filled with some sort of gel or something like that.
Info very much appreciated.

Get some "slime" from Halfords or a local bike specialist. The local shop will probably redo your tyre tubes as well for pennies!
