Digital camera for child

I am thinking of getting a child's digital camera for my 4 yr old for Xmas - fisher price I think . Has anyone used one - are they any good.

I have the V-tec one for DD1. Better than fisher price. Holds more pics/vids and has a few little games. Picture quality not bad too.
