Is it really as easy as the set-up guide makes out ? Any thing I should be aware of?

I only ordered it a couple of days ago so probably still have ages to wait till connection is working - they say 10 days. I want it NOW !!!

MIne only took 2 days after being told it would be 10. Plugged everything in after I registered and then knew it was all connected as soon as the two lights on the modem went green. Hope yours goes as smoothly. Broadband is fab!

Ours took the full ten days (much to my dh's frustration) but it's dead simple. Moomin's right - Broadband is fab!

We went over to a friend on Sunday and she had just installed it. I was so amazed at the difference in speed I ordered mine straight away.

Good grief, I sound like an advert !

Make sure you install the disk before you plug the modem in- don't you just love the instructions...
Mine took the 10 days to enable the line- bt enabled it at just before flippin midnight as well so it was 11 days before i could go on line

pixiefish, are you sure I have to instal the disk before the modem. The instructions aren't clear

a quick question - the box comes with two telephone microfilters - but we have three phones at home. Where do I get another microfilter from ?

yes- install the disk before the modem. On the instructions there are little triangles on each page warning you about this.

Regarding the filters- you can buy them in any computer shop- try and find an independent shop though as the biggies charge a fortune for them-
