gltc delivery - anyone else finding it a bit slow and customer services a bit vague?

Ordered something in early November and have had the bulk of the order (after a few phonecalls), but am still missing 3 things. They say that they were despatched on the 23rd of Nov, and keep saying I should get them 'any day now'.

Placed another order on the 26th, supposedly for delivery within 3-5 days, and there's no sign of that one being despatched.

Is this typical? I know there have been problems with them in the past.

Arrggghhhh! I am not impressed with gltc.

Just phoned again to chase up 2 outstanding orders.

On one we are missing 3 items. After days of being told they're on the way, due any day now, today they tell me that they must have forgotten to pack them, 'it happens all the time', apparently. They'll now be another 10 days.

The second one which should have been delivered within 3-5 days, and was showing as in stock when I ordered it, is now delayed until mid-Feb. Not much use as a Christmas prsent. I cancelled that one.
