An electric razor?

Something tells me this is not an easy thing to choose for a dh/dp. Mine is fed up with paying a fortune on disposable razor blades. Should I go for it and if so, any advice?

I'm not sure an electric razor is cheaper, tbh. Well, my DH has a Braun self-cleaning one, but you spend money on the cleaning stuff, and on foils. It's a nice razor, though.
