I'm looking for some advice. My mum is sold her house. The byer is useing gifted money. Wednesday larst week they deposited the money to the bank and are waiting for a letter off the bank . The completion date is ment to be the 1st off September but the solicitors want exchange the contracts untill they had this letter off the bank . How long does it normally take to process the letters on gifted money. As it stands we carnt see how it can happen when it gotton this close to the 1st bearing in mind this weekend is bank holiday weekend and no sign off this letter . The solicitors working for the Byers want ask the bank if there close to be processed. Nether will the Byers. All we get told is there work from one to one case ... help any advice would be appreciated
