My Bosch gave up recently after just 2.5 years so I'm a bit peeved really. It was probably just bad luck, but I have gone back to Zanussi as my previous Zanussi lasted for about six years hassle free.

Should add I would only consider something witha Triple A rating.

Yes, I'm sure they both do, but there are others. I bought my Zanussi from John Lewis, probably a slightly older model, but great value at £250 for a triple A machine.
